* Soups: Minimum 4-5 options that change weekly (chunky or pureed style).
* Salads: 4-5 salad options (including one kale option). Examples include Lentil Corn Dill, Israeli Couscous, Asian style peanut pasta, Quinoa Roasted Butternut Squash, Kale Bulgur & Dried Apricot, Kale Walnut Cranberry with a miso dressing, and Kale with a peanut dressing.
* Hummus: Flavors vary (examples include Roasted Red Pepper, Toasted Sesame, Roasted Carrot).
* Bread from Breadsmith (cornbread, rolls, baguettes & challah).
* Dessert: Cookies or rice pudding.
* Vegetables: Cut vegetables for dipping.
* Croutons: Our own, homemade croutons .
