It’s still summer — and that means there’s still time to rock a souper beach body. There’s a million diets out there, but only one works the best for weight loss: going totally plant-based!
A recent article in Shape magazine highlights a review done by the Journal of General Internal Medicine. They examined 12 studies with more than 1,150 participants and found that those who followed a plant-based diet lost 4 pounds more than those who did not. And there’s more — the plant based folks were more likely to stick to their healthy meal eating plan a year after the study!
