How to Manage Your Soupscription

To choose your soups for your next delivery - NATIONAL CUSTOMERS ONLY:

 

  1. Click here to log in to our website, OR navigate to our homepage and click the person icon in the top right corner. You will see a page that says LOGIN.
  2. Enter your email and password and click SIGN IN. This will take you to your ACCOUNT DETAILS page. Once you are logged in, clicking on the person icon will always lead you to your ACCOUNT DETAILS page.
  3. Click Choose My Soups under your name.
  4. Click to confirm your Soupscription type.
  5. Add or remove soups from your pack.
  6. Once you have selected your soups, click ADD TO CART.
  7. Next, you’ll be able to add on a bib, spoon, or burp cloth -- great gifts for new parents! Click ADD TO CART at the bottom of the screen when you’re done. This will take you to your cart.
  8. View your cart and if everything looks good, proceed to CHECK OUT.
  9. If you ordered any additional items, you will be required to pay with a credit card. Even if you do NOT add anything, you’ll still have to proceed through checkout and enter credit card information if you changed your soups. Your order total will be $0.00 and your credit card will not be charged.

 

To choose your soups each week - DC AREA CUSTOMERS ONLY:

 

  1. Click here to log in to our website, OR navigate to our homepage and click the person icon in the top right corner. You will see a page that says LOGIN. Click on the button to log in as a local DC customer.
  2. Enter your email and password and click SIGN IN. This will take you to your ACCOUNT DETAILS page. Once you are logged in, clicking on the person icon will always lead you to your ACCOUNT DETAILS page.
  3. On your ACCOUNT DETAILS page, click Choose My Soups under your name.
  4. On your screen, you should see a message that says PICK YOUR MENU FOR YOUR NEXT DELIVERY. Click on your Soupscription type to proceed. If you don’t see anything here, it may be too early to pick your next soups!
  5. Make your selections - click on PICK YOUR PINT or PICK YOUR QUART and select which soup you would like from the menu that appears below.
  6. Once you have selected your soups, click ADD TO CART.
  7. Next, you’ll be able to add on more soups, a market box, or anything else on our local menu! Click CHECKOUT at the bottom of the screen when you’re done. This will take you to your cart.
  8. View your cart and if everything looks good, proceed to CHECK OUT.
  9. If you ordered any additional items (more soup, market box, donation, etc.) or items with upcharges (gazpacho), you will be required to pay with a credit card. Even if you do NOT add anything, you’ll still have to proceed through checkout and enter credit card information if you changed your soups. Your order total will be $0.00 and your credit card will not be charged.

 

To edit your address:

 

  1. National customers click here to log in to our website (DC area customers, click here to log in), OR navigate to our homepage and click the person icon in the top right corner. You will see a page that says LOGIN. If you are a local DC customer, click on the button to log in as a local DC customer.
  2. Enter your email and password and click SIGN IN. This will take you to your ACCOUNT DETAILS page. Once you are logged in, clicking on the person icon will always lead you to your ACCOUNT DETAILS page.
  3. Click Address Book below your name.
  4. On this page, you can edit an existing address or add a new address. Click EDIT to modify the existing address, and once you have made the change, click UPDATE to confirm.

 

 

To cancel or pause your Soupscription:

 

  1. National customers click here to log in to our website (DC area customers, click here to log in), OR navigate to our homepage and click the person icon in the top right corner. You will see a page that says LOGIN. If you are a local DC customer, click on the button to log in as a local DC customer.
  2. Enter your email and password and click SIGN IN. This will take you to your ACCOUNT DETAILS page. Once you are logged in, clicking on the person icon will always lead you to your ACCOUNT DETAILS page.
  3. Click Manage Soupscriptions below your name.
  4. Find the Soupscription you wish to cancel and click Cancel under Actions (on the right side of your screen).
  5. Choose your reason for cancelling.
  6. Click Cancel my subscription to finalize.
  7. You can always re-activate your Soupscription! On your Manage Soupscriptions page, simply click Re-activate under Actions (on the right side of your screen).

 

To skip a delivery:

 

  1. National customers click here to log in to our website (DC area customers, click here to log in), OR navigate to our homepage and click the person icon in the top right corner. You will see a page that says LOGIN. If you are a local DC customer, click on the button to log in as a local DC customer.
  2. Enter your email and password and click SIGN IN. This will take you to your ACCOUNT DETAILS page. Once you are logged in, clicking on the person icon will always lead you to your ACCOUNT DETAILS page.
  3. Click Manage Subscriptions below your name.
  4. Click Renewal schedule on the left side under your name.
  5. Find the renewal that you would like to skip, and click Skip (in orange). You can always slick Unskip to reverse this action.

 

To reschedule a renewal:

 

  1. National customers click here to log in to our website (DC area customers, click here to log in), OR navigate to our homepage and click the person icon in the top right corner. You will see a page that says LOGIN. If you are a local DC customer, click on the button to log in as a local DC customer.
  2. Enter your email and password and click SIGN IN. This will take you to your ACCOUNT DETAILS page. Once you are logged in, clicking on the person icon will always lead you to your ACCOUNT DETAILS page.
  3. Click Manage Subscriptions below your name.
  4. Click Renewal schedule on the left side under your name.
  5. Find the Soupscription you wish to reschedule and click Edit under Actions (on the right side of your screen).
  6. Click Change next charge date.
  7. Select your preferred charge date and click SAVE.

 

To change your frequency (Every 2 Weeks or Every 4 Weeks):

 

  1. National customers click here to log in to our website (DC area customers, click here to log in), OR navigate to our homepage and click the person icon in the top right corner. You will see a page that says LOGIN. If you are a local DC customer, click on the button to log in as a local DC customer.
  2. Enter your email and password and click SIGN IN. This will take you to your ACCOUNT DETAILS page. Once you are logged in, clicking on the person icon will always lead you to your ACCOUNT DETAILS page.
  3. Click Manage Subscriptions below your name.
  4. Click Renewal schedule on the left side under your name.
  5. Find the Soupscription you wish to reschedule and click Edit under Actions (on the right side of your screen).
  6. Click Change delivery schedule.
  7. Select your preferred schedule and click SAVE.
