Spoiler alert: Summer is going to be over soon. I know, I know. We’re not happy about it either. Lots of soups claim to be healthy. The labels always feature beautiful still-life cornucopias, bursting with fresh produce and natural ingredients. But how many of them measure up? Soupergirl did some investigating. The following are some Nutrition Facts we found on the backs of real, “healthy” soups:

So let me get this straight… I eat one serving of your soup and I’m taking in a third of my daily sodium? Pass! Soupergirl did some further digging and discovered a range of mysterious ingredients. If anyone has information on these additives, please let us know. One thing I do know — they don’t belong in my soup:
